Welcome to Chillme Worlds! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, participation in our digital communities, and attendance at any events, mixers, or gatherings organized by Chillme Worlds (“Events”).

By accessing our website, joining our community groups, or registering for an Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or attend our Events.

1. About the Community & Age Restrictions

Chillme Worlds is a social networking community based in Dubai, UAE, designed to bring people together for casual gatherings, networking, and experiential activities.

  • Age Requirement: To register for and attend most Chillme Worlds Events, you must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction where the event is held). For specific all-ages or family events, explicit age guidelines will be provided in the event description.
  • ID Verification: Venue partners (lounges, clubs, restaurants) in Dubai may require valid government-issued identification (Emirates ID or Passport) upon entry. Chillme Worlds is not responsible if a venue denies you entry due to a lack of valid ID or failure to meet venue-specific age restrictions.

2. Event Registrations, Tickets, and Refunds

  • RSVPs: To ensure a quality experience, many of our Events have strictly limited capacity. You must register or purchase a ticket in advance to secure your spot.
  • Refund Policy: All ticket sales for Chillme Worlds Events are final. Refunds or ticket transfers to future events are generally not permitted unless an Event is entirely canceled or rescheduled by us.
  • Ticket Reselling: You may not resell or transfer your ticket to another individual for profit. If you can no longer attend and wish to pass your ticket to a friend, you must notify us via email or Instagram DM at least 24 hours prior to the event for approval.

3. Code of Conduct: Keeping the Vibe Chill

Chillme Worlds is built on respect, inclusivity, and open-mindedness. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for toxic behavior. By attending our Events or joining our online groups, you agree to:

  • Treat all members, attendees, organizers, and venue staff with respect and kindness.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, unwanted sexual advances, or aggressive behavior.
  • Avoid aggressive soliciting, spamming, or unwanted multi-level marketing (MLM) pitches to community members.

Enforcement: Chillme Worlds organizers reserve the absolute right, at their sole discretion, to remove anyone from an Event or ban them from the digital community permanently, without a refund, if their behavior violates this Code of Conduct.

4. Media Release: Photography and Videography

Chillme Worlds is a highly social, visual community. We document our Events to share the vibe with the world.

  • By attending a Chillme Worlds Event, you grant us permission to use your likeness, voice, image, or video captured during the event in our marketing materials, website, newsletter, and social media platforms (including Instagram and TikTok).
  • Opt-Out: We want you to feel comfortable. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the organizers or the photographer at the start of the Event. If an image of you is published and you would like it removed, contact us and we will promptly take it down.

5. Limitation of Liability & Waiver

  • Assumption of Risk: Your attendance and participation in Chillme Worlds Events (including sports, nightlife, mixers, or outdoor activities) are completely voluntary. You knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with your participation.
  • Liability Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Chillme Worlds, its founders, organizers, coordinators, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, losses, or thefts incurred during, before, or after our Events.
  • Third-Party Venues: Our Events take place at third-party venues (cafes, bars, beaches, etc.). Chillme Worlds does not own or operate these venues and is not responsible for the venues’ services, food/drink quality, safety measures, or staff behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media channels—including logos, designs, text, graphics, photos, videos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Chillme Worlds. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any of our material for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your participation in our Events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or attendance at our Events following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
